We believe that seed and early stage investing requires not only special skills and expertise of a fund manager but also the willingness to invest in companies that would not have “checked all the boxes” on a traditional VC list of investment criteria. This means that to be considered for an investment you do not necessarily need to have a complete business strategy / plan ready or your IP granted and your licensing contracts with the university in place; if we identify potential value in your business even at a very early stage we will assist you with such issues after an investment as active shareholders and board members. We will help and assist where needed and often can quickly complement any shortcomings in skills / expertise from our own experience or our networks.

We are looking for technologies and development strategies that offer clear routes to market and commercialization and a wide range of business.

Our geographical focus area is the Netherlands.

Where needed we will work with you to set the right strategy for growth and exit, start business development, assist in preparing (pre) clinical planning and formulating business plans for further rounds of financing. In essence; we will work with our entrepreneurs to optimize the successful development of the company and to ensure the creation of value based on clear milestones.
